Curt Doty, CEO, is an award-winning creative director who brings leadership experience across the entertainment, marketing and branding worlds. His consulting firm has been working with agencies such as Rogers & Cowan, Troika, Prove, Walton Isaacson and SynaVoice helping such accounts as The Grammys, Maserati, AARP, Spalding, Wizard World, Red Bull, Starz, FHA, HUD and many more. He specializes in integrated marketing, multi-channel storytelling, branding, identity and user experience. Curt has an extensive legacy in television having led agencies such as Pittard Sullivan and 3 Ring Circus, where his work has been seen around the world. He has over 10 years in the production/post-production world, directing the live action of all his own shoots and concepts for branding and storytelling image campaigns for clients such as Warner Bros TV, TV Guide, Discovery, ABC, FX, StarTV Asia and SAT.1. His 10 years in the movie marketing business included a creative executive role at Universal Pictures where he produced integrated marketing campaigns for new releases with great reviews and industry awards. He also led the Advanced Content Group at Trailer Park focusing on Original content for studios and networks. His migration into PR and content marketing led him to Weber Shandwick and building a creative and content group in LA. Brand clients included GM, Carl’s Jr., Bausch + Lomb, Pond’s, Covered California, Degree, GoGo, Motorola, Genentech, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, TracFone, USPS, Ubisoft, Abbott and Motorola.

Greg Babiuk, COO, is an award-winning creative development and media production executive with over 20 years experience. His extensive background in multiple facets of media production afford him a vast range of expertise and unique perspective. Greg is recognized for building and directing exceptional, creative teams from diverse backgrounds for various types of productions including TV Commercials, Digital Media, Visual Effects, Animation, and Branded Content as well as marketing engagements including Interactive, Print, Out-of-Home and Experiential. He has produced multi-faceted projects for such clients as MGM Grand at Foxwoods, Kaiser Permanente, NBCUniversal, VH1, Comedy Central, Target, CAA and Chipotle. Prior to launching his own consultancy, Passarola Pictures, Greg was the Executive Producer at Bemis Balkind. Before that he served as the Managing Partner and Creative Director at Angry Villagers where he developed one of the first interactive storybooks for children on the mobile platform. Prior to that, Greg co-launched and served as the Executive Producer of INTERspectacular, a boutique creative design and production studio. He also held rewarding positions as a Producer at Pittard Sullivan and a Visual Effects Director at R/GA and Filmworkers Club.
